VAHNZ Controls has been providing flexible building automation and customized HVAC controls to office property owners at a greater Portland area.

These devices are all available for purchasing or can be redesigned (features added) to fit specific requirements.
On projects page you will find a trade magazine article about HVAC controls retrofit , that netted the owners a rebate from Portland General Electric power company.
Also to be found there is an energy saving device for walking coolers, that found favor with restaurant owners in the area - Ski Bowl ski resort on the foothills of Mount Hood has one too.
