| A good salad can be had with crab or shrimp. Most restaurants have them but the cost is high. Also you do not want to order this made up if it is not fresh. I ordered this salad in Bend Oregon one time and got food poison. The crab was too old. Make sure that the crab is fresh. |

| 1 cup mayonnaise. |

| 1/3 cup whipped heavy cream. |
|---|
| 1/4 cup chili sauce. |
|---|
| 1 dash of cayenne pepper. |
|---|
| 2 tablespoons grated onion. |
|---|
| 1/2 stick chelly, chopped fine. |
|---|
| 2 tablespoons chopped parsley. |
|---|
| 1 lb crab or small shrimp. |
|---|
| A few large lettuce leaves. |

|

| Mix all the above items, except the lettuce. Then take the lettuce and place it on the inside of the dish so that the crab or shrimp can be place on it. You now have a nice salad. |
