| 6 tablespoons sugar. |
| 2 1/2 cups whole cranberries. |
| 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon horseradish. |
|

| Coarsely chop the cranberries and sugar in a food processor, and stir in the horseradish. |
| Refrigerate for more then 1 hour and this will keep for 4 days.
