CRANBERRY HORSERADISH RELISH.

6 tablespoons sugar.
2 1/2 cups whole cranberries.
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon horseradish.
Coarsely chop the cranberries and sugar in a food processor, and stir in the horseradish.
Refrigerate for more then 1 hour and this will keep for 4 days.
