CURRIED MAYONNAISE.

This web page is an on making curried mayonnaise. This is used as a spread or dip on grilled lamb and beef.

1 teaspoon horseradish.
1 garlic clove minced and fine.
1 tablespoon chopped onion.
1 cup mayonnaise.
1 tablespoons curry powder. .
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar.
Combine and mix all of the ingredients.
Make 1 - 2 days ahead to allow the flavors to develop.
