| This web page is an on making curried mayonnaise. This is used as a spread or dip on grilled lamb and beef. |

| 1 teaspoon horseradish. |
| 1 garlic clove minced and fine. |
| 1 tablespoon chopped onion. |
| 1 cup mayonnaise. |
| 1 tablespoons curry powder. . |
| 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar. |

| Combine and mix all of the ingredients. |
| Make 1 - 2 days ahead to allow the flavors to develop. |
