BREADED FISH FILLETS. |
| by Ted Peterson |
|
| Here is a good recipe for breading fish fillets. |
|
| 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs. (see note below). |
| 2 tablespoon margarine (you can use butter). |
| 1/2 teaspoon curry powder. |
| 1/8 teaspoon salt. |
| Dash garlic powder. |
| 1 lb fish fillets. |
|---|
|
|
| In place of the bread crumbs you can use cracker crumbs and other items in your home. |
| The fish can be either fresh or frozen. If frozen thaw them out. |
| Cut the fish so that it is only 1/3 to 1/2 inch thick. |
| In a bowl combine crumbs, salt, garlic powder, and curry powder. |
| Melt the margarine and set aside.. |
| Take the fish and brush the top and sides with the melted margarine. At that point then coat the tops and sides of the fish with the crumb coating. |
| Cook until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Brush off any dry looking crumb coating and then serve it. |
|
| Good luck. |
