The web page is an article on a good meat loaf. Like all meat loaf you can save it and use it over some time. The amount will make about 4 servings.
If you have another good article that would fit into this site send to the e-mail address at the end of this page.
|
1 1/2 lbs ground meat.
1 egg.
1/2 cup bread crumbs.
1/4 lb cooked smoked sausage chopped up.
2/3 cup spaghetti sauce.
1/4 cup Parmesan grated cheese.
|
Mix all the ingredients except 1/2 the spaghetti sauce in a pan. Spread the balance of the spaghetti sauce over the top.
Cook the meat loaf until done. Check and you will be done when the internal temperature is 160 degree. You can check by looking at it. If you are using a microwave it will take about 20 minutes.
There is an old saying that if you would like to save meat loaf cut it into 1 inch slices and place them in plastic bags and freeze them. When you would like to eat them microwave each slice for about 1 minures.
