MINERALS FROM FOOD

We all need a lot of different mineral to live. The following table was given to me by a Dr. with some of the most importent ones with the food you need to eat to live.
Potassium - Vegetables, fruits, milk, and bananas.
Chloride.- Table salt (make sure not too much.)
Sodium - Processed food - also salt.
Selenium - Meat, fish, and eggs.
Manganese - Rice, nuts, legumes.
Zinc - Seafood, whole grains, and meat.
Copper - Chocolate, nuts, legumes, and liver.
Calcium - Milk, cheese, yogurt, and some drinks.
Phosphorus - Meat, and Dairy products.
Chromium - Whole gains, and Eggs yolks.
Fluride - Toothpaste, seeweed, tea, and some city water.
Iron - Peas, legumes, seafood, and meat.
Sulfur - Any food that has some Protein in.
Magnesium - Nuts, legumes, whole wheat and green vegetables.
Iodine - Dairy products, fish from the ocean, most table salts.
If you eat some of all the above you should not have any trouble.
