| We all need a lot of different mineral to live. The following table was given to me by a Dr. with some of the most importent ones with the food you need to eat to live. |
|
| Potassium - Vegetables, fruits, milk, and bananas. |
| Chloride.- Table salt (make sure not too much.) |
| Sodium - Processed food - also salt. |
| Selenium - Meat, fish, and eggs. |
| Manganese - Rice, nuts, legumes. |
| Zinc - Seafood, whole grains, and meat. |
| Copper - Chocolate, nuts, legumes, and liver. |
| Calcium - Milk, cheese, yogurt, and some drinks. |
| Phosphorus - Meat, and Dairy products. |
| Chromium - Whole gains, and Eggs yolks. |
| Fluride - Toothpaste, seeweed, tea, and some city water. |
| Iron - Peas, legumes, seafood, and meat. |
| Sulfur - Any food that has some Protein in. |
| Magnesium - Nuts, legumes, whole wheat and green vegetables. |
| Iodine - Dairy products, fish from the ocean, most table salts. |
|
| If you eat some of all the above you should not have any trouble. |
