MUFFINS

by Ted Peterson
Muffins are easy to make. You make the muffins with a basic menu and then add the topping or filling that you like. The basic receipt is below and at the end there will be a list of different fillings.
4 tablespoon sugar.
2 tablespoon baking powder.
1 1/2 cupall-purpose flour.
2 egg yolks.
6 tablespoons cooking oil.
2/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt.
Combine egg yolk, cooking oil, and milk and set aside. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the egg yolk mixture to the flour mixture all at once and stir until moistened.
Place paper cups in the muffin pan and then spoon in 2 tablespoons of the batter into each paper cup.
Cook until done when you can scratch the surface with a wooden toothpick.
This should make about 12 muffins.
Toppings that can be used are jelly, cream cheese, peanut butter, etc. Almost any thing can be added. If wanted some people will add blueberries into the batter.
Good luck.
