David Wu was born in Taiwan on April 8, 1955. He received his BS from Stanford University and his Law degree from Yale Law School. He has two children. He was commissioner Portland Planning Commission: Judicial Clerk to Judge Alfred Goodwin who is a fed. judge. Staff to deputy Assistant Secretary for Health, Education and Welfare, Executive Office of the President.

Greg Walden was born January 10, 1957. He received this BS from University of Oregon. His small business was Columbia Gorge Broadcasters. He has 1 child. Greg was Chief of Staff for Congressman Denny Smith until Greg was elected U. S. representatives. Greg was on the Board of Directors, Oregon Health Sciences Foundation and Director Columbia River Bancorp. He was elected to Oregon House of Representatives in 1988 and was moved up to the Oregon Senate in 1995. In 1995 he was Assistant Majority Leader.

Elected to Multnomah County Board of Commissioners 1978-1996. Elected Portland City Council 1986-1996.

Peter DeFazio was Born in Needham Massachusetts May 27, 1947. He received his BA from Tufts University, MA from University of Oregon. Served in the U.S. Air Force Reserve in 1971. He and his wife own a home in Springfield. Was aide to Congressman Jim Weaver. Elected to Lane County Board of Commissioners in 1982.

Darlene Hooley was born in Williston, North Dakota April 4, 1939. Received her BA from Oregon State University. Health and PE teacher at Woodburn and Gervais schools, Portland Public Schools, St. Mary's Academy. Served on West Linn City Council 1977-80. Oregon House of Repressentatives 1981-87, Clackamas County Board of Commissioners 1987-96. Member of the Oregon Trail Foundation Board. Member of Oregon Progress Board and area Agencies on Aging and former co-chair of Commission on Children and Families. Two adult children.
