|
| Scalloped potatoes are easy to make and will make a good item for dinner. Follow the recipe below. |
|
| 2 cups cream sauce. Any white sauce. |
| 3 cups light cream. |
| 3 lbs potatoes. (or 2 #2 cans of potatoes.) |
| 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt. |
| 1-2 cups of buttered crumbs. |
|
| Slice the raw potatoes (they can be peeled or unpeeled) into thin pieces. Use most of the cheese and mix with the potatoes. |
| Mix the salt, cream sauce, light cream, and pepper, and then add to the potatoes.. |
| Place all in a dish with the buttered crumbs on top. |
| Bake at 360-375 F. for about 30 minutes, by checking it. Just before taking from the oven sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, and then let it melt. |
| The potatoes are then ready to eat. |
|
| Good luck. |
