| The State of Oregon has a number of special service districts. These districts can be set so that people in an area can be tax thenselves for different service that are not avallable to all. The following are ways that the law is set up with the different ways that people can set up a special service district. |

| Port of Portland. (Portland Airport - Docks ) |

| Mass Transit. |
|---|
| Tri-Met in Portland, Lane Transit in Eugene, and 9 others. |

| Sanitary Districts. |

| People Utility. |

| Eugene and Forest Grove Utility Districts for power. |

| Cemetery. |

| Diking Districts. |
|---|
| Water Supply. |

| Emergency Communications. |

| Soil and Water Conservation Districts. |
