| In Oregon you can ski year around,Timberline has skiing in the summer. The US Ski team run test and trails in the summer. The Palmer lift goes from May to Sept. each year. |

| At the present time there are 11 downhill skiing spots in Oregon. They are: |

| Anthony Lakes - near Union Oregon. |
|---|
| Ashland - near Ashland, Oregon. |
|---|
| Mr. Bachelor - west of Bend, Oregon. |
|---|
| Cooper Spur - North side of Mt. Hood. |
|---|
| Diamond Lake - east of Roseburg. |
|---|
| Ferguson Ridge - Near Joseph (in Eastern Oregon) |
|---|
| Hoodoo - west of Sisters, Oregon. |
|---|
| Mt. Hood Meadows - South East side of Mt. Hood. |
|---|
| SkiBowl - Southern side of Mt. Hood. |
|---|
| Summit - Government Camp, Oregon. |
|---|
| Timberline - Mt. Hood (see above). |

| You can cross country ski at 10 different sites in Oregon. Check with the U.S. Forest Service for places and times that there is snow on the ground. Also Crater Lake National Park and Hell's Canyon National Recreation Area has cross Country spots in the winter. |
