| The following are the only abbreviations that you can use for the US mail. Do not use any other or spell out the states as if you do your mail will take extra time as the post office has to handle the mail by hand. Also make sure that you use the Zip code on you mail. If you use the Zip code and the following abbreviations on your mail the post office can handle the mail by computers. This way it may save time. |
