| Take any mayonnaise sold and stir in 1 tablespoon minced onions or scallions, 1 1/2 minced dill pickles, 1 1/2 teaspoons capers and 1 1/2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish. Add 1/8 teaspoon fresh lemon juice. You can add hot red pepper sauce, shallots, minced sweet pickles, or other items if you want to add flavor. |
| This will taste good with any fish. |
