TARTAR SAUCE

Take any mayonnaise sold and stir in 1 tablespoon minced onions or scallions, 1 1/2 minced dill pickles, 1 1/2 teaspoons capers and 1 1/2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish. Add 1/8 teaspoon fresh lemon juice. You can add hot red pepper sauce, shallots, minced sweet pickles, or other items if you want to add flavor.
This will taste good with any fish.
