WAFFLES

The web page is an article on how to make good fluffy waffles. You want to make them so that they are the fluffiest known.

1 3/4 cups flour.
1 tablespoon baking powder.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1 1/4 tablespoon sugar.
Any special item that you would like, like blueberry, etc. (optional)
Wisk in a bowl.
Wisk in another bowl.
3 tablespoons butter.
1 3/4 cups milk.
3 eggs.
6 tablespoon butter melted.
Mix well with the dry ingredients. Wisk them together.
Spoon or pour onto a HOT waffle iron. Do not go past about 1/4 inch of the edge. And now bake until a golden brown.
