She was born Vladimiresceu Ljiljana on June 22nd in 1702 in what is now Romania. Shortly after puberty she discovered what these changes were good for; shortly after that, somewhat in desperation, she was betrothed by her family to a local merchant. However, before she was married she found another man, about whom she does not talk - her vampire lover, the one who made her undead at the age of fourteen. Lily has not revealed his name, nor whether he is still walking the night; it may be academic. She existed in this state for some time, probbly several decades, before getting staked through the heart. Lily was able to continue as a ghost, the two undead states producing an unusual hybrid condition which continues to this day.
She rarely speaks of the specifics of her existence before encountering the party on Boyce's island and becoming attached to Terry Hayes. Since then she has become accepted by most of the incarnate members of the group, many of whom are quite fond of her. She loves Terry, and has followed him since the island. Lily is both devoted and protective of him; however, she has not objected to Terry's involvement with Maiko, and the two women have actually become closer for their shared attraction and involvement. Lily and Kay are also good friends. She has had amorous interludes with many members of the group over the years, but no serious relationships like the one she has with Terry.
Family: Lily had four older brothers and a younger sister; it's safe to assume none will be popping in unexpectedly.
