Anyway, that post essentially ends the [DQ], at least as far as I'm concerned. I don't mind -- and in fact ENCOURAGE -- use of it in discussion like the recent [DQ][L] crossover. But really, the characters involved in it are likely moving on to other threads/activities, so the [DQ] abbreviation can basically be retired. On a more positive note, I might repost the DQ adventures on rec.games. frp.archives. I'd appreciate comments about whether I should or not -- I won't do it until school restarts in January, so you've got some time. Most likely, if I don't get too many "complaints", it'll show up. And finally, thanks must go out to: Andrea Evans, for her poems and what would have been constant input if not for one problem partway through. I'd bet all of a.p.d-i is glad Kadrys is still around! Cameron Neylon. Both he and his character of William were largely unexpected pick-ups that surely proved their immeasurable value in the quest. Patrick Rannou. Sure, he hasn't been heard from in months, be he IS the one that started this thing; that allowed me to work with a group like this. He deserves a good portion of credit for that, and his early work. Ray Rich, for his sparse but greatfully accepted contributions for Valgar. Stephen Hutchinson, who thankfully stuck through this whole thing with me, but didn't want to "lead" even though he might have done better at it. All the above deserve much accolade, but I must admit that without Stephen, the DQ would've probably folded. Those who made the brief-but-welcome crossovers: The Dreamer, Thomas Kettering, Aaron Humphrey. Now that we're "back", I hope for continued collaberation with these and other members of a.p.d-i. Whomever read any of the DQ. Especially those who commented on it -- I always appreciate feedback. I appreciate those who even SCANNED our work. ---- Anyway, I've had my say, no more "babbling" is needed... Michael Sander 344lwkc@cmuvm.csv.cmich.edu
