Subject: [KQ] Colin [Drug Lab] Through the Looking Glass...

  Colin and the others enter a upon a scene which boggles description.
Creatures of strange aspect dash everywhere, intent on upon their own
wierd tasks, wreckage is strewn thickly about, all is loud noise and
confusion, and battle is already underway.

  Unable to tell friend from foe in the madness, Colin takes up a fairly
safe course in hacking his way through the miriads of strange beasties
scuttling about, intent on winning his way to the cages of screaming slaves,
no doubt test subjects for this vile operation.

  He succeeds, and with a single blow from his unstained katana, shatters the
prison's lock, freeing all those within.  "Go!" he shouts.  "Move, quickly,
before the other guards arrive!"  The former captives take heed and careen
headlong for safety.

  In the meantime, Kron has freed Thk, and something else catches the half-
elfs's attention:

> "No!  Arvor!  Listen!"  Quruuminias's hisses in his velvet voice.  "All 
> is lost.  Elstrek is a dead man.  Free me and I will gate us out of here."

> Arvor reviews his options and makes his choice.  "Here -- your axe!"
> He hurls the axe back at the invaders and bolts for the staircase leading
> down.  The Zweihander cuts down 'Toons that move to block his way, leaving
> great swaths of decapitated Smurfs.

  "Like hell," growls the Ranger, who begins his own charge for the stair,
intending to literally cut off the skull-faced warrior...
