Picturesque Locations (A Guide to hikes in the Pacific Northwest)

Now don't expect this page to be 100 Hikes in the Central Oregon Cascades, but I will try and tell you some wonderful places to to go that are not only picturesque, but absolutely rapturous in their beauty. I will also have articles on some mediocre hikes, just to let you know about them. I will have no number rating; you'll just have to read the whole article to see if you want to go there. :-) The articles will first be listed in the type of place, and then by the date I visited them. I hope you find this information useful in finding places to visit.

Note: For hikes where I came back the same way I went in, the elevation profile (if shown) only shows the going in direction. So pretend at its right point it's mirrored. Also, I don't trust the mileage calculations of the program creating the elevation profiles. They all seem under what they should be.
